Aaron J. Sparrow
CPA
Aaron grew up in New Bern, North Carolina, the son of a civilian employee at Cherry Point and an elementary school teacher. Upon graduation from high school, he spent two years in Oregon before moving back to North Carolina to attend school in Greenville.
He graduated from East Carolina University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. After a few years of working in hotel and retail management, he went back to East Carolina University and earned a Master’s of Science in Accounting in 2012. He is licensed by the North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners (NC #40838).
While attending the masters program at ECU, Aaron worked with a CPA doing governmental audits around eastern North Carolina. Upon graduation, he began working for a large local CPA firm in Greenville. In October of 2019, he started Aaron J. Sparrow, CPA, PLLC.
He has been married to Jenny for 18 years and they have four children together.
